SHIPPING INFORMATION

DAVIDMICHAEL.US uses Fedex for all domestic and international delivery for a standard flat rate. Orders typically shipwithin three days. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages. Prices displayed on our site are US dollars and exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the United States, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped the states of New York and California. 

For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs charges incurred. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for returns. 

To complete a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 170 Ludlow St, New York, NY, 10013 cc: David Michael.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

 

LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund, contact your credit card company; please note, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Be advised is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item purchased for the same style, send us an email at store@davidmichael.us and send your item to: 170 Ludlow St, New York, NY, 10013 cc: David Michael.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All payments are processed through Paypal. 

All items are subject to availability. We do our best to update stock as quicky as possible, but incase the item is no longer available, you will be notified via email and refunded though Paypal.

Clients may not purchase any item from this site with for the purpose of resale.
